An order placed for products that are yet to be in stock or unavailable at the time of purchase.
Allow 10 - 15 working days for shipping when using free shipping discount codes.
Standard Lagos Delivery - ₦1,500. Delivered within 1 – 3 working days.
Outside Lagos - ₦3,500. We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 working days.
Shipments outside Lagos are shipped with DHL and can be tracked.
We aim to ship out all orders between 3-5 working days after order date.
Shipping takes an extra 1-3 working days to arrive.
If you preorder an item along with other items, your complete order cannot be shipped until the dispatch date of your preordered item.
Once your order has been shipped you’ll receive a tracking number as well as a link to the relevant courier site via email. You should be able to track your order within 24 hours after it is shipped.
DELIVERY WITHIN LAGOSWe aim to ship orders within 1-3 working days, orders are usually delivered on the same day we’ve shipped out. A signature is required for delivery so someone must be present on the day to confirm receipt. If there is no one available to receive the package, you will have the option to change delivery date, leave the package with a neighbour, or in a safe place. You will receive a call from the courier service on the day of delivery.
Please note that by requesting your parcel to be left in a safe place, you accept liability if the parcel goes missing.
DELIVERY WITHIN NIGERIA BUT OUTSIDE LAGOSWe aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days after order date. A signature is required for delivery of your package, so someone must be present on the day to confirm receipt.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERYWe aim to ship out all orders between 7-10 working days after order dates. A signature is required for delivery of your package, so someone must be present on the day to confirm receipt.
Unfortunately, your delivery address cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
If you haven’t received your order within the advised delivery time please contact our customer services team by clickinghere. Please note, any parcels not received must be reported within 5 working days of the order date. Any claim after this point cannot be reimbursed.
